What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen food safety and quality through HACCP/ISO systems, internal audits, and lab-based testing, while contributing to continuous improvement. I’m also open to training or teaching in science and food technology.

I’m a Food Technology and Science professional with hands-on experience across Quality Control, Food Safety, R&D, and Science Teaching. I bring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, grounded in rigorous laboratory and documentation practices.

In my recent role as a Science Teacher, I developed curriculum and lesson plans aligned with learning standards, delivered science and laboratory activities, and maintained student records, grading, and performance documentation. I assessed student progress and provided academic support to help learners build confidence and capability.

Earlier, as a Quality Controller at PepsiCo, I performed quality control testing for raw and packaging materials and supported HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and AIB audits. I monitored GMP, GHP, and GLP compliance, conducted calibration of laboratory equipment, trained worker hygiene, implemented quality assurance procedures, and managed deviation reporting—ensuring food safety standards are consistently met.
