I'm seeking to leverage a rigorous, standards-driven approach to food safety in an international quality assurance role.

At Daily Food Co., I completed 1,000+ restaurant audits across KSA for Maestro Pizza, Goundr, Pinzatta, and Telliano. I also conducted supplier audits and helped reduce restaurant customer complaints from 3.5+ MTD to under 2.0 MTD through complaint investigations and CAPA.

I directed ISO 22000 and BRCGS audit programs for the central factory, completing two ISO audits with zero non-conformances and two BRCGS audits with 'A' and unannounced 'A+' grades. I also prepared and controlled documentation for internal and external regulatory audits.
