At FBD Insurance, I tested enterprise insurance solutions, including policy administration and pricing enhancements on the TIA platform. I used SQL for backend checks and Jenkins workflows for rate-change automation, and supported production deployments with smoke and post-release verification.
Across Sanlam, Eccentric, Transaction Junction, and Old Mutual Finance, I tested insurance, banking, and payment systems. My work included API and database validation, test planning, defect investigation, and automation with Postman, Cypress, Katalon Studio, and Selenium; I also bring earlier IT systems administration experience.
