Developed and executed an American-based mathematics curriculum for Grades 10–11, covering Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics. Prepared students for standardized assessments and monitored performance metrics to provide targeted academic support.

Ran after-school tutoring for students with learning difficulties, improving final test results by 40%. Taught algebra (I, II, III), trigonometry, pre-calculus, and statistics and probability.

Managed multi-unit retail operations with a team of 30 employees, driving sales growth through pricing, merchandising, and performance management.
