I’m a Cloud & DevOps Engineer with 4+ years designing, automating, and operating cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Azure for large BFSI clients. I was promoted to Senior Engineer for independently driving automation across Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Terraform IaC, CI/CD, and Datadog observability—delivering 78% faster deployments and 99.9% SLA uptime.

In my current role at LTIMindtree, I administered and automated Linux infrastructure (100+ servers) for UAT & prod, handling cron jobs, SFTP automation, disk management, log rotation, and user/permission management. I manage secure Kubernetes environments with private networking (VPC/NSGs/Private Endpoints), and I led the monitoring migration from Nagios/Pingdom to Datadog, reducing alert false positives by 40% while improving operational visibility.

I turn infrastructure into code and run it with discipline: I automated Datadog monitor provisioning via Terraform modules + GitHub Actions (cutting manual effort by 60%) and led P1/P2 RCA using ServiceNow to reduce MTTR from 45→15 minutes through structured runbooks and Datadog alert tuning. I also build CI/CD pipelines and platform-style runbooks provisioned as code, including SRE-aligned Datadog dashboards and Terraform workflows.
