I’m a Senior Product Designer specialising in healthcare and complex multi-stakeholder systems across Asia-Pacific markets. I led a design team through 0→1 product launches and post-release iteration for enterprise and patient-facing platforms, using a functionality-first approach grounded in systems thinking.

At Zuellig Pharma, I led end-to-end design of PatientCare+, a healthcare patient program platform (web CRM + mobile app) serving consultants, patients, doctors, and healthcare institutions across Asia-Pacific. I cut new program setup time from 3 months to 1 week and eliminated manual handoff errors, while running research and usability testing across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan in multiple languages—achieving 100% adoption among the target user group with 95+ programs launched within the first year.

I also built and implemented a component-based design system adopted across multiple enterprise healthcare products, and mentored 2 junior designers after stepping into design leadership responsibilities for concurrent projects. This mix of design systems, evidence gathering, and cross-functional execution keeps my work practical and scalable.

Earlier, as a UX Designer at Flex-Solver, I inherited an incomplete PWA design, audited flows, and brought the prototype to a testable state. I planned and ran a structured usability study (34 gallery visitors) and delivered a phased redesign, including a standalone kiosk interface, while collaborating with a cross-border team (Singapore + China dev team). I bring an engineering background and the technical fluency to partner closely with developers from strategy through implementation.
