Niffer Makoto

I've delivered health and wellness education, digital content and live community engagement at Greenworld Zimbabwe, supporting an established customer community of approximately 5,000 recurring clients. I also facilitate WhatsApp health talks, train team members, and serve as Master of Ceremonies at organisational events.

Previously, I led sales and market-development activities at Sasa Agricultural Products and Coolplus Bottled Water, building customer and business relationships, identifying market opportunities, and expanding product reach. At Africa Self Help Assistance Programme, I supported advocacy communications, programme documentation, data collection and women's microfinance education across 10 districts.

Through Women's Health Circle with Niffer, I make women's health, pregnancy and child nutrition information practical and accessible, including a session attended by approximately 45 women. I'm motivated by development work that connects communication, education and community participation to better health and social outcomes.
