I'm currently supporting surgical pathology operations at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Main, where I accession and process specimens, maintain documentation, and track workflows through laboratory information systems.
Previously, I coordinated high-volume calls, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and EMR documentation for oncology patients at Novant Health Cancer Institute. I bring a patient-centered approach to fast-paced healthcare environments.
My work with Quest Diagnostics includes phlebotomy, venipuncture, specimen processing, and outpatient laboratory workflows in Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Houston.
I've also served as a Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve Security Forces, leading Airmen during security operations and supporting coalition operations during a Kuwait deployment. That experience strengthened my leadership, training, emergency response, and readiness skills.
