What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead distributed engineering teams where I can strengthen people development, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational outcomes.

At KPMG Global Services, I lead a 20+ person cross-functional team across development, automated testing, BI, SharePoint, business analysis, and PMO. I grew the team by 50% in nine months while maintaining delivery quality and saved approximately 75 hours of manual effort per iteration through permissions automation.

I bridge India-based delivery teams with stakeholders in the UK and Bulgaria, translating priorities into operational goals, managing capacity and risks, and partnering with Product Owners on Agile/Scrum governance.
