I'm currently a Service Delivery Manager at IndusInd Bank, managing branch operations, account opening, KYC verification, audits, transaction authorization, and client servicing within compliance standards.
Previously at IDFC First Bank, I handled remittances, trade transactions, rate booking, and financial transaction authorization while identifying discrepancies for escalation under AML, KYC, and audit guidelines. I also managed customer portfolios and delivered need-based financial solutions.
My earlier banking experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDB Financial Services built my foundation in cash and non-cash transactions, payment settlements, debt collection, reporting accuracy, risk mitigation, and operational controls.
I'm pursuing an MBA in International Finance with ACCA and am looking to bring my hands-on banking compliance background to AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, CDD, or compliance analysis roles.
