I’m a banking professional with experience in KYC verification, AML compliance, customer due diligence, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and banking operations. Currently working as Deputy Manager I, I support operational excellence through documentation review, compliance monitoring, transaction processing, and customer relationship management.

I perform KYC verification and customer due diligence activities in accordance with regulatory requirements. I review customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, support customer onboarding and account servicing, and help with risk assessment while maintaining AML/KYC compliance.

I coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and operational issues. I also assist in compliance reviews, internal controls, and audit preparation activities to maintain audit readiness.

I handle customer queries and deliver high service standards while staying focused on fraud prevention and regulatory adherence. I hold KYC & AML Certification and NISM and IRDA Certifications, backed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance.
