From January 2022 to June 2025, I practised independently in insurance, contractual, commercial, arbitration, real estate and civil matters. I represented individuals and policyholders in disputes against insurance companies, including MACT proceedings, consumer matters, recovery proceedings and related appeals and revisions.
In my independent practice, I also drafted and reviewed contracts and commercial agreements, and handled arbitration and contractual disputes. My work included researching applicable law, analysing evidence and advising clients on rights, obligations, risks and available remedies.
