Nicolò User

I am a lawyer and entrepreneur with multidisciplinary experience across northern and southern Italy, fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish. I combine legal practice with hands-on business leadership gained running my family farm and launching a boutique tour operator.

Since 2016 I have led Hyblon, an awarded olive oil farm, overseeing strategy, sales, buyer relations, people and operations management, and accounting. I managed the full value chain from field operations to international sales.

As co-founder and CEO of Soleo Travel, I developed digital marketing, client development, and booking operations to deliver immersive travel experiences in Sicily. I have also worked as an external legal consultant in commercial and labor law and practiced in civil and criminal law.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from Bocconi University and authored an empirical thesis on warranty clauses in share-package sales. I seek opportunities that value practical business leadership, commercial legal expertise, and cross-cultural communication.
