I've built over four years of independent clinical nutrition practice supporting women through menopause and people managing obesity associated with PCOS and endometriosis, with a focus on body composition and quality of life.
Before qualifying, I spent a year interning with nutritionist Amanda Carmo, formerly of Team Coimbra, focusing on eating disorders and helping develop integrated nutrition, psychiatry, and neurology classes. I also work with adults, adolescents, and recreational and competitive athletes in running, triathlon, and beach volleyball, and I’m looking to contribute to comprehensive, efficient care within a multidisciplinary team.
