I’m looking for a remote role where I can combine customer success with virtual patient care—supporting clients with empathy, evidence-based guidance, and coordinated follow-up to deliver an exceptional experience from onboarding through care.

I’m a customer-focused Patient Success/Customer Success professional and Registered Nutritionist with over 3 years of experience providing remote health consultations, ongoing client support, and personalized wellness guidance for Brazilian and international clients. I build long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up, solving concerns with empathy, and coordinating care plans that adapt to each person’s goals.

In my online consulting and virtual care work, I educate clients using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies while managing onboarding, appointment scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
