What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinician role supporting children and adolescents with structured, evidence-informed care. I want to coordinate across schools and healthcare partners, lead crisis stabilization and safety planning, and document treatment clearly while working in multidisciplinary teams.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4+ years of progressive clinical experience across inpatient, PHP/IOP, outpatient, school-based, and behavioral health settings serving children, adolescents, and families. I’m especially strong in diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and structured clinical documentation.

I synthesize complex clinical presentations into clear formulations, written deliverables, and care recommendations. In urgent-care outpatient and PHP/IOP levels of care, I create treatment plans, safety plans, and disposition recommendations while coordinating next steps across families, schools, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community agencies.

I also bring a structured, skills-based approach to therapy, facilitating psychoeducational groups using CBT, DBT, and skills-based interventions while applying trauma-informed care. With CPI Certification (2024) and a background in school-based services and behavioral interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder, I work with multidisciplinary teams to support stabilization, engagement, and long-term progress.
