What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my transferable documentation, compliance, and data-entry strengths to Optum’s Charge Capture team.

At Southwest Airlines, I maintained safety and service documentation as a Flight Attendant, following detailed federal and company procedures. I also reviewed operational information and coordinated with flight crews and ground teams to resolve discrepancies before departure.

As an Operations Agent at Southwest Airlines, I reviewed flight, passenger, baggage, and operational data for accuracy. I supported load planning and weight-and-balance processes, entered and verified information, and corrected discrepancies under strict deadlines.

At Paradise Helicopters, I verified passenger information, prepared operational documentation, and supported weight-and-balance processes. I followed safety procedures and helped resolve missing or inconsistent information before flight activities proceeded.
