I'm supporting executive leadership at Oriental Sourcing Ltd across HR, business operations, organisational development, and strategic initiatives in an international sourcing environment.

I coordinate daily operations, supplier negotiations with Chinese suppliers, warehouse-level fabric selection, resource planning, and cross-functional delivery. I've also introduced AI-assisted workflow tools and refined processes, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and operational consistency.

At Luxury Ocean Vacation, I supported the CEO through executive communications, board administration, stakeholder coordination, HR administration, onboarding, and confidential employee documentation. I developed HR policies and SOPs, coordinated employee wellbeing initiatives, supported performance management and workforce planning, and served as Secretary of the Health & Safety Committee.

I'm completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology and am seeking a senior HR or operations role in South Africa where I can strengthen workplace culture, engagement, compliance, and people performance.
