At National Bank of Greece, I performed KYC and KYB reviews, enhanced due diligence, and PEP screening, and prepared suspicious activity reports. I investigated SEPA, SWIFT, and card transactions in RiskShield.
I conceived and designed a business-connection whitelisting model with the bank’s development team, reducing false-positive alerts by approximately 30% across 6M+ customer accounts. I also proposed and tested real-time fraud rules through to go-live.
At Viva.com, I performed KYC and KYB checks, investigated fraud cases, and blocked compromised accounts and payment methods. I also handled payment disputes and supported merchants with card processing and e-commerce integrations.
Since March 2026, I’ve been self-employed as a digital consultant. I’m developing a privacy-first, offline health-tracking Android app and have delivered offline ERP/CRM systems and websites for business clients.
