What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Executive Director or senior nonprofit leadership position where I can strengthen communities through innovative program development, strategic partnerships, and mission-driven, servant-led leadership with strong accountability and collaboration.

I’m a mission-driven Executive Director with experience leading a multi-program nonprofit organization serving approximately 10,000 individuals each year. I’ve built credibility through executive leadership that connects program delivery, community needs, and measurable impact.

As Executive Director of Puerto Seguro / Safe Harbor (PSI, Inc.), I oversee a multi-program nonprofit, manage an annual operating budget of approximately $250,000, and lead 10–20 employees while coordinating more than 50 volunteers. I direct a broad range of services and ensure programs remain responsive, sustainable, and impactful.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been expanding organizational reach by launching four new community programs within two years: the Saturday Center, SPOKES Community Bicycle Repair Program, Community Cooling Center, and Emergency Warming Shelter. I also manage a grant portfolio consisting of 3 state grants, 1 federal grant, 3 county grants, and 4 church grants, while building strong partnerships with municipal, county, local businesses, and faith-based organizations.

My leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Beyond nonprofit executive leadership, I’ve also led retail operations and donation-driven revenue generation as Director | Safe Harbor Thrift Store, and managed property operations, budgeting, leasing, maintenance, vendor relationships, and customer service as an Owner / Property Manager.
