At Tillman Infrastructure, I supported the site acquisition team across Verizon and AT&T High Rent Relocation initiatives. I was the sole Project Coordinator supporting four Project Managers on the Verizon team, and managed two HRR sites as part of my internal development.
I worked with Site Development PMs and vendors to prepare sites for construction, tracked documents in customer systems, and kept shared data accurate. I also communicated with Verizon engineers about CDs and RFDSs and prepared weekly reports.
At B+T GROUP, I supervised the five-person Project Coordination team supporting AT&T's 5G rollout and worked as the sole buyer for three warehouses, overseeing $500,000 worth of material. I used PACE, SiteTracker, NORAD, and FMIS to support project tracking, purchasing, and warehouse coordination.
Across telecommunications and infrastructure roles, I coordinated project information, vendor relationships, purchasing, and financial reporting. My experience also includes preparing Excel reports and tracking project budgets, purchase orders, and contractor performance.
