Nicholas Ntuli

I’m a motivated and dependable recent graduate with hands-on experience managing customer orders, social media, and day-to-day operations through running my own clothing business. I communicate clearly in English and stay calm under pressure to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.

I managed end-to-end order processing (including packaging and customer follow-up), handled stock, pricing, and supplier communication, and ran social media accounts to promote products and engage with customers. I’m comfortable working independently in remote and async environments, with strong attention to detail and problem solving.

I’m currently studying toward an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and I’m also actively developing a Roblox game using Lua scripting to strengthen my technical problem-solving and initiative. I bring strong Microsoft Office skills from my CAT studies and a consistent work ethic built from real entrepreneurial experience.
