What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative healthcare or pharmacy-support role where I can apply customer-service, process-improvement, and union advocacy skills while contributing to patient safety and growing through training and responsibility.

I am a Pharmacy Call Center Representative at Kaiser Permanente and currently enrolled at the Academy of Art University studying Fashion Styling. Since August 2021 I handle prescription intake and processing, resolve billing discrepancies, provide courteous telephone reception, and support membership growth while protecting patient health information.

As a Union Steward and Health & Safety Champion, I partner with management on labor-management initiatives, co-lead training, and deliver monthly safety presentations. I excel in customer service, clerical operations, Microsoft Office, process improvement, and bring prior retail, postal, and receptionist experience to fast-paced environments.
