At Adecco India Pvt. Ltd., I support day-to-day operational workflows under the Uber account, coordinating task allocation and workload distribution across projects with different requirements.

I use Excel trackers to monitor productivity, presence, task allocation and work status, and share relevant performance updates with the Team Leader.

I review colleagues’ work for errors and process deviations, then provide corrective feedback and process guidance. I also conduct quality discussions through Zoom and Google Meet for groups of up to 30 team members.

I support onboarding and workflow familiarization, and have worked across processes including XA Image Labelling, Drive Blocks, Panoptic, Menu Annotation, Airbus and Quench. My tools include Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Slack and uLabel.
