What I'm looking for

I’m looking for community-centered work where I can combine nonprofit communications, data-focused problem solving, and program evaluation to expand access to opportunity—and where measurable impact and collaboration are valued.

I am a public service professional with experience in nonprofit communications, data management, community engagement, and international development. With graduate-level quantitative skills and a drive to expand access to opportunity, I’m committed to engaging in community-centered work that creates measurable social impact.

As a Program Coordinator at Global Washington, I led communications campaigns reaching 6k+ international development professionals weekly, while tracking engagement metrics to enhance member engagement and expand organizational reach. I also managed data collection and reporting to improve program effectiveness and deliver comprehensive impact reports, alongside event planning from registration through day-of coordination and volunteer support. I contributed to the successful wind-down of organizational operations through coordinated stakeholder engagement and administrative support, and I reviewed grant applications to inform funding allocations.

I bring strong evidence-based and analytical skills through my graduate study at the University of Washington and hands-on consulting work. In the UW Evan’s School Consulting Lab, I conducted semi-structured interviews, analyzed survey data, and developed an implementation plan for the WA State Department of Children, Youth and Families to inform on employer-supported child care models—then synthesized findings into actionable recommendations presented to child care stakeholders.

Earlier roles reinforced my people-first, data-informed approach. I delivered bilingual (Spanish/English) hotline crisis support and resource navigation to 50+ immigrant community members weekly, connecting underserved populations to housing, healthcare, legal, and social services. I’ve also supported community needs through youth programming and responsive CRM-based member data management, and I’ve strengthened my quantitative foundation through statistics tutoring for student-athletes.
