I’m looking for remote-ready IT roles where I can own troubleshooting end-to-end, run ServiceNow ITSM workflows, and support enterprise clients with fast, high-quality resolutions.

I’m an IT professional with 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, systems engineering, and IT helpdesk support. I’ve supported enterprise clients, delivering reliable ServiceNow ITSM operations, Active Directory management, and Windows Server-based endpoint work, backed by strong hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Most recently, I provided remote IT support and network maintenance for SME clients independently, handling end-to-end troubleshooting, system maintenance, and client communication.
