I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in hotel operations and customer service.

I am a motivated student currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Management in Tourism at Newton University. My experience as a Front Desk and Luxury Apartment Operations Coordinator at Urban & Wolf has equipped me with essential skills in guest communication and operational management. I take pride in ensuring a seamless experience for guests, addressing their needs, and maintaining high service standards.

In addition to my role at Urban & Wolf, I am actively involved with TEDxPrague as a member of the program and communication team. This experience has honed my organizational skills, as I assist in selecting speakers and coordinating educational programs. My internship at Hotel Andaz Prague has further broadened my understanding of hotel operations, allowing me to work in various departments and enhance my customer service skills.
