What I'm looking for

I’m looking for research roles where I can build rigorous analytical pipelines and translate modelling results into decision-ready outputs—especially in infectious disease or TB—while collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to evidence-based policy.

I’m a Research Assistant at the Tuberculosis Modelling Group (LSHTM), where I lead systematic reviews of tuberculosis vaccine economic modelling literature to inform vaccine and diagnostics costs, modelling strategies, and policy-relevant insights.

I work closely with senior researchers to translate complex modelling results into decision-ready outputs for non-technical stakeholders, and I contribute to collaborations supporting evidence-based decision-making in global TB vaccine development.

Before LSHTM, I served as an Analyst at the National Center of Biological Sciences (NCBS), using Python, Fiji, Cellpose, SQL, KNIME, and iLastik to advance single-cell analysis for tuberculosis and accelerate image analysis from 21 days to 8 hours.

I’ve also built tools and frameworks as a Bioinformatician, developing an open-source immuno-oncology platform in R and conceptualizing access via a Shiny web app, while leading teams through research and community initiatives.
