In my current role at Magesture Technologies, I managed end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. I sourced talent through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and coordinated with hiring managers for interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollouts, and salary negotiation.

I maintained candidate pipelines and employee records using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools. I handled employee onboarding, induction, and documentation, and managed employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation, attendance tracking, leave management, and exit formalities.

I also supported payroll processing and compliance by handling attendance inputs and statutory requirements while ensuring adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and organizational compliance standards. I generate HR reports and maintain data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to support analytics and decision-making, and I assist with employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
