In each role, I prepare detailed estimates for systems like hydrants, sprinklers, water mist, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA/VA, and gas suppression. I coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations, handle client clarifications through pre-bid meetings, and apply value engineering to optimize project costs while ensuring compliance with NFPA and NBC safety standards.
