What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my expertise in mentorship coordination, grant facilitation, and portfolio management for early-stage startup growth—bringing hard work, innovation, and initiative while taking on new responsibilities and challenges.

I’m an Incubation Manager with 3+ years of experience in startup incubation and MedTech ecosystem management, currently supporting early-stage MedTech and healthcare startups at IIT Madras HTIC MedTech Incubator. I coordinate mentorship, track milestones, and facilitate grants to help startups move from incubation into commercialization.

I evaluate startup applications and business models, connecting founders with technical, clinical, business, regulatory, and IP mentorship. I also facilitate grant applications and monitoring for NIDHI EIR and HDFC Parivartan, organize workshops and networking events, maintain incubation documentation and reporting, and support customer discovery, market validation, commercialization planning, and fundraising readiness.
