I'm building startup incubation programs at Anvesana Innovation & Entrepreneurial Forum, supporting 50+ startups from ideation to early revenue. The cohorts I lead have collectively raised ₹18+ Crores in funding.
I design founder mentoring, reviews, workshops, and ecosystem events, enabling 180+ mentor engagements and 280+ workshops. I also build partnerships across mentors, investors, corporates, academia, and government to strengthen startup growth.
Previously, I developed the Shivamogga startup ecosystem at K-Tech Innovation Hub and supported 20+ startups through outreach, entrepreneurship programs, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. My background also includes teaching Mechanical Engineering, mentoring student innovation projects, and product engineering work in manufacturing.
