At Infosys LIMITED, I provide end-user support for cloud access, services, permissions, and environment issues. I troubleshoot reported problems, manage IHD tickets, and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams.
I support Azure access and resource provisioning, and handle AWS IAM requests and EC2 operational activities. I also monitor cloud budgets, consumption, and resource utilization, and help identify resources that may be unnecessary.
I document requests and resolutions while following IT service management, security, and access procedures. I have a strong interest in expanding my knowledge of IT infrastructure, automation, networking, and cloud technologies.
