What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, Python, Azure, and Snowflake, while collaborating with stakeholders in Agile, data-driven teams.

At NCSI Technologies, I analyze large datasets, develop SQL transformations and validation checks, and deliver Power BI and Tableau dashboards that support business reporting and decision-making.

I've supported data and application operations for Prudential Singapore's health insurance platform, investigating policy, premium, customer, coverage, transaction, and integration issues through SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and MySQL. I also validate data across application and database layers, support UAT and regression testing, and coordinate retesting after fixes.

Across HRMS, OWCS, and NTUC First Campus projects, I've built KPI reporting for workforce, operational, education, and financial analytics. I automate recurring analysis using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python while working across Azure, Snowflake, ETL, data reconciliation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.
