I’m an HR Officer with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening applications, interviews, and onboarding. I maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records with a strong focus on organized and confidential handling of personnel files, and I support HR documentation like appointment letters, contracts, and experience letters.
Across my roles, I’ve worked with HRIS systems and ATS tools, including Keka Hire, and supported payroll-related activities, employee benefits, training, and performance evaluation through structured HR processes and reporting (weekly reports, ID cards, and insurance document processing). I also bring program coordination experience, supporting HR policy/procedure initiatives and implementing HRBA and GESI-focused activities, supported by an MBA in HR.
