What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable enterprise products where I can lead complex workflows, shape product strategy, build design systems, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering through delivery.

I've designed enterprise SaaS products for KnowledgeCity, Verizon, PNC Bank, Steward Partners, Mars, and Abotts Consulting across EdTech, telecom, FinTech, wealth management, analytics, and HRTech.

At KnowledgeCity, I led end-to-end design for an enterprise LMS and redesigned course versioning to cut task-completion time by 40% while preserving learner progress. I also used Claude Code to design, develop, and deploy the AI Course Reels feature.

At Incedo, I improved Verizon maintenance workflows, enabling 33% faster form completion and reducing validation errors by 60%. Earlier, I took an ATS from 0→1 for more than 100 recruiters, improving recruiter task efficiency by 32% and building a design system adopted across two internal applications.

I bring product strategy, workflow design, research, design systems, and hands-on design-to-development collaboration to complex products. I've also mentored designers through reviews, feedback, and UX guidance.
