I’m looking to grow as a Product Manager where I can use product analytics and customer insights to ship measurable improvements, partner deeply with stakeholders, and iterate quickly in an agile environment.

I’m an Assistant Product Manager who loves closing the gap between user pain points and business metrics. At BobbleAI, I shipped product improvements that improved engagement and experience—measured, not guessed.

One win I’m proud of is introducing Smart Bigmoji, an enhanced emoji experience with larger, more animated designs. It drove a 19.65% increase in Shares/DAU, lifting the metric from 0.659 to 0.7885.

At BobbleAI and before that at BluSmart Mobility, I focused on practical execution with cross-functional alignment. I rolled out Diwali content that achieved record-breaking virality (over 1 share per DAU), redesigned and implemented a new watermark based on stakeholder feedback, optimized dashboards to significantly reduce task execution time, and implemented an interceptor to serve cached responses during failures/timeouts for a seamless experience—even in low network conditions.

At BluSmart Mobility (Associate Product Manager), I implemented an in-app waiting charge refund flow that decreased support calls and chats by ~80% monthly. I also built an invoice option eliminating invoice-issue calls/chats by 100% and reduced resolution manpower by ~80%, launched OTP-based ride initiation to remove ride-start issues from support channels, added a webhook on checkout to reduce payment-related issues, and revamped the app’s home screen and BluWallet history to better match how users think.
