I’m a public health professional with over eight years of experience supporting healthcare delivery in diagnostic, occupational health, and clinical service environments. I recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, with training in research ethics, disease surveillance, and health data management.

I bring a strong background in documentation, data quality, compliance, and confidentiality—turning clinical and occupational health records into clear, reliable reports for internal and external stakeholders. In my current role, I coordinate medical and diagnostic services while managing health records in line with confidentiality and data protection standards.

Previously, as Head of Operations, Customer Service & Administration at Firmcare Diagnostics & Medical Services Ltd, I maintained accurate patient records and laboratory documentation, supported quality assurance through proper data entry and record verification, and ensured compliance with ethical standards in handling patient information. I also supported scheduling, reporting, and administrative documentation for healthcare professionals.

My professional ethos is detail-driven, ethically grounded, and supportive of safe care. I’m especially interested in clinical trial safety monitoring, vaccine safety and pharmacovigilance, and ethical oversight of public health research to strengthen research capacity in Africa.
