What I'm looking for

I seek an administrative or supervisory role in a healthcare or laboratory setting with a collaborative culture, opportunities to lead, improve quality, and apply public health expertise.

I am an organized administrative professional with over four years providing office and clinical support in medical laboratory settings, currently serving as an Office Supervisor. I excel at coordinating daily operations and maintaining efficient workflows.

As an Office Supervisor I maintain equipment inventory, schedule maintenance, handle customer correspondence, manage finances and office budgets, and support onboarding — all contributing to improved operational performance. I deliver time-sensitive and confidential documents and manage vendor payments and receipts.

Previously I worked as a Medical Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, where I captured patient demographics into a Laboratory Information System, generated administrative reports, received payments, and supported Total Quality Management and SOP compliance. I also have hands-on laboratory experience processing sputum and blood samples, performing CD4 counts, preparing PCR samples, and supporting microscopy and GeneXpert workflows.

I hold postgraduate credentials in microbiology and am pursuing a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology). I am skilled in office administration, customer service, MS Office, data capture, and quality-focused laboratory support, and I am committed to learning quickly and supporting team objectives.
