Previously, I led design operations for Livspace's Vesta business across West India, delivering 1.75x growth in Mumbai and Pune and 2.5x growth in Ahmedabad. I've also launched Curtains as a service category, built chatbot-led presales and quotation systems, and scaled city operations to 125+ monthly project handovers in Pune.
My foundation is in civil engineering and end-to-end project delivery, including award-winning residential and commercial developments at VTP Realty and RCC bridge execution. I enjoy building capable teams, solving complex execution problems, and creating systems that scale without compromising quality.
