During my internship at V5 Global Services, I conducted end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, assisted in employee engagement initiatives, and coordinated performance management evaluations. My project on work-life balance policies at Axis Bank allowed me to design and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, evaluate HR policy effectiveness, and recommend data-backed improvements.
