I administered access through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and troubleshot clinical applications including Meditech, ARIA, and Imprivata.
I performed PC deployments, imaging, and workstation refreshes using SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and remote support tools. At Intek Communications Inc. (Rogers Contractor), I completed service calls for installation, troubleshooting, and hardware repair, and documented work orders through Citrix Workspace.
