I’m a sales manager currently leading Maoto mabedi Farm work since November 2023, where I’ve sold 150 bulls so far—surpassing the farm’s highest sales to other farmers.
I handle both inbound and outbound leads, achieving 100% close on inbound leads and 85% close on outbound leads. I focus on consistent follow-up and turning conversations into completed deals.
Previously, I worked as a Sales Agent at Botswana Life Insurance (January 2018 – October 2022), doing door to door policy sales and averaging 2 closed deals per week. I also closed 90% of all inbound leads, showing strong conversion discipline.
Before that, I was a Botswana Casual salesman at Dunns super store (December 2016 – December 2017), attending all customers, building rapport, and helping customers purchase clothing.
