I have been working as a virtual assistant for 2 years now, assisting with all company operations, social media content and marketing, and writing blogs, articles and more. I have learnt the skills of communication, time tracking and self motivation through doing online jobs

I focus on the business operations. Building lead lists and then doing cold emailing, writing blogs for our clients, managing Google Ads accounts and creating and scheduling content.
This role has exposed me to multiple skills and no one day is the same as the previous. Working remotely with the team has upped my communication and reliability skills.
PAI joined the customer service team to assist with calls. Clients would call in if they had any issues with their devices and data that we provided them. We would then walk them through some troubleshooting to restore the device or data to default.
Part of my job also included working on campaigns with other team members, recording and reporting the call with the client, should they call again.
