I'm looking to lead global people strategy in a high-growth, acquisition, or transformation environment where I can build scalable HR infrastructure, strengthen leadership pipelines, and align workforce decisions to business priorities.

I'm building the people infrastructure at CleanPlanet Chemical, where I serve as the sole HR leader for a 46-person organization projected to grow headcount 5x over five years. I partner with the CEO on executive team design, critical hiring, governance, leadership development, and scalable operations.

Previously at Trimont, I owned global people strategy and HR operations through 200% global headcount growth and acquisition integration. I led organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and executive people analytics, while managing a $200K operating budget.
