What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote opportunities in customer operations, dispute resolution, e-commerce support, or digital growth where I can apply banking accuracy, Shopify operations, and SEO content skills.

I've resolved credit card disputes, chargebacks, and payment issues across banking and e-commerce operations, supporting customers in the UK, US, Middle East, and Indonesia.

At HSBC HDPI India, I spent 10 years investigating disputes, finance charge reversals, compliance checks, and escalated cases while meeting SLA targets. I also prepared MIS reports, supported quality and trend analysis, trained new joiners, and contributed to a team-wide process automation initiative.

At ECOM Consulting, I owned Shopify back-end operations including order processing, fulfillment, inventory updates, shipment tracking, pricing, and product-data accuracy. I coordinated with vendors and logistics partners to resolve fulfillment issues and wrote SEO-focused product and blog content.
