At Universidad Libre de Costa Rica, I provide administrative support, manage a database, and register documents in student files. I also receive promissory note signatures for review and forwarding to Financiero.
In my current role, I support digital contact through WhatsApp, email, calls, CRM, and TEAMS.
At Funerales Vida, I managed collections and payment method updates, followed up on overdue accounts and payment promises, and contacted customers by phone, message, and email.
Earlier, I worked as a Recepcionista at Smart Fit and as a Cajera | Vendedora at Tiendas Universal, assisting customers and handling membership processes, sales, and payments. I'm studying for a Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con Énfasis en Gerencia at Universidad Libre de Costa Rica (ULICORI).
