Nayan Sikarwar

I have a background in finance, admin, and operations and over the past couple of years, I’ve worked mostly in remote roles supporting international clients and teams. I’m Zoho Books and Zoho Expense certified, and I’ve handled everything from day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations to reporting, client coordination, and audit prep.

Most recently, I worked with Bickert Management Inc., a Canada-based company, where I managed accounting tasks for multiple clients. I also helped streamline documentation, worked closely with external accountants, and supported the team with anything from financial reports to vendor follow-ups. Before that, I interned at Valorem Advisors, where I assisted with market research and financial models for investment reports.

I’m a naturally organized, detail-oriented person, and I genuinely enjoy being the one who keeps things running smoothly in the background. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where I had to figure things out quickly, and I’m very comfortable juggling tasks and jumping in where needed.

Outside of work, I’m really interested in creativity, branding, and how businesses tell their stories. I’ve also lived and studied in the UK for two years, which gave me a global perspective and helped me understand different work cultures and communication styles. Right now, I’m looking for a full-time remote role where I can keep learning, contribute to a great team, and grow both personally and professionally.
