I lead donor-funded research, public finance platforms, and multi-stakeholder policy programmes.

I lead economics research programmes at Verité Research, delivering donor-funded work across public finance, trade, governance, and socio-economics.

I've directed a 10+ project portfolio using Gantt-based scheduling, RACI frameworks, dashboards, SOPs, and M&E trackers. I manage relationships with ministries, diplomatic missions, business chambers, and donors including CIPE, Australian Aid, Co-Impact, UNESCO, and Open Society Foundation.

I have managed Sri Lanka's PublicFinance.LK platform, infrastructure and budget dashboards, the launch of AirQuality.lk, and civil society training that reached 40+ organisations across three languages.

I've also organised a regional conference with the High Commission of India and Hayleys Advantis, developed research-group strategy, led competitive proposal development, and chaired the Economics Research Team's governance body. Alongside programme delivery, I taught International Relations at the Royal Institute of Colombo.
