I troubleshoot complex L2/L3 environments spanning VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and IP transit services.
I've delivered network upgrades and migrations, documentation, alarm monitoring, incident response, and enterprise helpdesk support. Most recently, I've supported core and edge network operations for a large-scale Juniper Networks international event, using Juniper Mist, ServiceNow, Grafana, Infoblox, Zabbix, Paragon, and Corero to help maintain high availability.
